GIVE FLINT RIVER RANCH, TO YOUR FAVORITE PET!
|
Over-processing and chemical additives destroy much of the nutritional value of foods. Most companies prepare pet food by steaming it as quickly as possible, usually less than three minutes, then extruding it under extreme pressure through a metal die. The process expands the food with air creating a uniform shape. This method does not produce the highly digestible food that the baking process creates. The good value is baked-in, not sprayed on.
| Many pet food labels show animal meat by-products. Meat by-products may not actually provide a nourishing and balanced diet for pets. Such by-products can include diseased and contaminated slaughterhouse meats, feathers, intestines, hair, animal road kills, euthanized companion animals and dehydrated garbage all rendered together. These are used in some pet foods.
| |
FLINT RIVER RANCH uses no breakfast food by-products, cottonseed, corn cobs, peanut hulls, wood fibers, citrus pulp, soy beans, fillers or other foreign materials such as weeds, straw or chaff in our foods.
|
Benefits initially noticed are a healthier shiny coat, healthy skin and a higher energy level. Our all-natural ingredients also have a positive effect on allergic reactions, dental disease, degenerative organ disfunction, and feline urological syndrome (F.U.S.), often caused or enhanced by low- quality ingredients and chemicals.
| |
You should supplement your animal's diet of pet food with fresh (raw) vegetables, fruit, and meat. (Cats ingest taurine from meat; a vegetarian diet can supply taurine only if it has been adequately supplemented.) | | Favorite raw vegetables include: chopped parsley, alfalfa sprouts, finely grated carrots, and finely grated zucchini. | Favorite cooked vegetables include: carrots, corn, peas, green beans, and broccoli.

Specifically formulated for those dogs that have an intolerance to wheat, corn and/or chicken. Nothing has been spared with the quality ingredients, blending and the oven-baking manufacturing process. The production process (premium quality Lamb Meat - Manhaden Fish - Whole Ground Grains - Grapeseed oil - Flaxseed - Rosemary - Chelated Minerals - Natural Tocopherols [antioxidant], along with probiotics and digestive enzymes) synergistically provides the very finest diet for food-sensitive dogs. The food is very rich and highly digestible in the dog's system; care must be taken not to over-feed. Because the food is concentrated, a standard 8 ounce cup holds 4.3 ounces of food. This compares to an average 3.3 ounces in most extruded foods.

This is a NEW formula. The food is very rich and highly digestible in the dog's system; care must be taken not to over-feed. Because the food is concentrated, a standard 8 ounce cup holds 4.3 ounces of food. This compares to an average 3.3 ounces in most extruded foods.
Nuggets: Review Puppy-Adult Ingredient List. This dog food is about 1/4" x 5/8", rectangular in shape and designed for larger dogs. It is the same formula as our Puppy and Adult Kibble; however, it has a harder, darker edge. Some pet owners feel the oven-baked larger nugget is better for the dog's teeth and gums.

Feline Feeding guide
3-5 lb Cat .25 - .5 Cup/Day 5-10 lb Cat .5 - 1 Cup/Day 10-15 lb Cat 1 - 1.33 Cup/Day Fresh water should be available at all times. Maintaining fresh, clean water is as important for your cat as the type of food fed. |
| Adult cats can be fed once or twice a day; whatever keeps your cat happy. Your cat should be looking for food when the next meal is due. Teach them to eat at meal times. The amount your cat eats in 5-10 minutes is about the amount they should be fed at that meal. Adjust the food as you notice increase or decrease in the cat's weight. |
Young kittens may be started on Flint River Ranch by mixing with a little warm water. Feed food dry as soon as the kittens teeth are strong enough to chew hard food (8 to 10 weeks). Feed kittens about 3 times a day - after 6 months twice a day. |

If you have been searching the internet and have seen a few of the Flint River Ranch web pages, you have no doubt noticed that everyone who is distributing the food is feeding the food to their own pets. Also, you may have noticed quite a few glowing testimonials regarding the food. I, too, have a story. If I had not had such a positive experience with Flint River Ranch dog food, I would not be a distributor. If you are skeptical, try one bag of food on your favorite pet, you may become a believer!
