If sending an ID number, do NOT use the A or leading zeros or spaces in the animal ID number


  • If someone has a middle initial on record and you want to find a match, you must put the middle initial and the punctuation. Ex John J. Smith. The records do not always have the punctuation so you may also need to check John J Smith.
    You can search on just the last name, though.
